Nothing is left to chance. From reception at São Luís airport to the final return transfer, each stage is taken care of by the Charme Atins team. The speedboat crossing to the village, the check-in with free time for the first steps in new territory, the cadence of the days that alternate between movement and contemplation. Everything planned so that you arrive free to feel.
The first day is dedicated to immersion in the Lençóis Maranhenses. In a 4×4 Hilux, you’ll travel along the roads that cross the largest dune field in South America, a Natural World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO in 2024. The lagoons in season reveal their peculiar color, between soft turquoise and deep blue. There are stops for swimming, for photos, for that silence that only exists when the cold water contrasts with the heat of the surrounding dunes.
On the second day, the Great Lençóis open up to those who dare to go further. By quad bike, between panoramic viewpoints that remind the visitor of how vast and magnificent this territory is, the horizon has no rivals.
The third day is free. Freedom, here, tastes of seafood, sunsets, and the Atlantic breeze. We recommend Charme Beach Bar as a natural destination for this day: the beachfront bar where the Preguiças River meets the ocean, with chilled drinks, Maranhão cuisine, and that golden afternoon light that only Atins can offer.
The fourth day takes you to the territory of the Pequenos Lençóis (Little Lençóis), lagoons and landscapes that complement what the previous days revealed. The activity is light, the pace more contemplative. At nightfall, Charme Beach Bar welcomes guests for a complimentary dinner: a gesture of hospitality that concludes the day with the generosity that is a hallmark of the group.
On the fifth day, the trip concludes with fully planned logistics: the transfer from Atins to Barreirinhas, and from there to São Luís, organized so that the farewell is smooth and without unforeseen events..
