Atins is one of the most remote and unspoiled villages in the Lençóis Maranhenses and, for this reason, we plan our operations in such a way as to generate minimal impact, contributing not only to its conservation, but also to the economic and social development of the region.

Waste management at our lodges and restaurants involves collecting, transporting, treating and disposing of waste correctly. In this way, we manage to reduce our environmental impact.
STAFF TRAINING
Currently, 90% of our team is made up of local people. We support professional development through training and education, encouraging our employees to specialize more and more in the hotel industry.
SOLAR ENERGY
The sun shines practically all year round in Lençóis Maranhenses. That’s why we’ve installed solar panels on our lodges to capture the energy that supplies us especially during the day.
